What's the big deal with asking a girl to dress up if it's in her wardrobe. I wouldn't expect her to go buy a new outfit. But asking her to dress a certain way shouldn't be an issue. Lots of ground covered here,,, I can see where communication is key, and I'd be disappointed as well if it was seemingly obvious than no effort was made to fulfill a request. Perhaps there are reasons why it couldn't be done, but a simple/short explanation would be appreciated, then immediately move on to better things,,,
I can also see where even if the requestee makes an attempt as best she can, it may not be exactly what was envisioned by requestor.
Not that I'm any kind of expert on the matter, but I'd say there's only one thing to do in this situation,,, Just like the Corporate world,,, Find a candidate and 'groom' them for the position.

Show up to an appointment wearing a black shelf bra, garters and black stockings? This outfit is iconic, every provider should have it hanging right next to the slutty nurse outfit, the Catholic school girl outfit, a merry widow and stocking outfit etc. I always ask if they have it, and always get no's.

There's nothing wrong with making a request. Most times if someone is Prebooking I ask if there is anything in particular they would like for me to wear. That would be the PERFECT time to say"I really love thigh highs" because guess who has a drawer full, but never wears them? This girl. It is simple to say "I really like what you were wearing in the photo on your website. Do you have something else like that?" I am more than happy to oblige.
