The standard that has been preached here, the excuse under which a few here operate, is that if you open the window anyone is welcome to crawl through it. See folks the RTM would've easily extinguished this fire, there was really no need to go back in forth. Once again I remind folks that because you do not get to see any disciplinary action between staff and a member, that does not mean the issue was not addressed.
