Concealed means not exposed. You need to refresh yourself on the concealed part. Originally Posted by pyramider

This is pretty much how most CHL folks seem to be looking at open carry. All of them I talk to don't intend to open carry, but like the freedom of not worrying as much about printing or accidently flashing while bending over or something. The new law does away with the potential technicality of accidently "brandishing". You are required by law to show your license to a officer if asked, so illegally open carrying with no CHL would be a risky proposition.
