I do not like the cows and never have ... But I insist on fair play and the NFL, and the lord almighty Goodell, seem to insist on not playing fair. Per Jerry, he has all the info and the NFL is ignoring most of it. It seems the NFL has their theory of what occurred and built a case to support it, while carefully omitting some details that may cloud their theory. It's his future AND so many others. The NFL should black list players who commit acts of domestic violence. They should also stand firmly behind players who are falsely accused.
Elliott should fight the suspension for all its worth and then sue the fuck out of the NFL for damages ... if he innocent. The six games is just sex games but damage to reputation is difficult to restore. If he gets injured and has diminished skills the suspension makes his guaranteed money go away. This is more far reaching than six games, its his future. Originally Posted by pyramider

Looks like their QB, Semen, has come back down to earth a bit. That pick six....ha ha...they teach that read to Texas schoolboys during 7 on 7 drills. Pretty stoopid of him to miss that one.
The Pack may not make the playoffs either. Rodgers rare abilities covered up a whole lotta what ails their offense these days. If he's truly gone for the year Cheeseheads can pretty much hang this season up as DONE. That and the window is closing....only one Lombardi so far for one of the really impressively talented qb's of our time.
And the Pats....good lord, that defense is (still) a complete and utter mess. Can Brady and Crew really outscore everyone all the way to another crown? You'd think sooner or later that defense has to make a stand and win a game (oh, sure....they beat the j.e.t.s. yesterday....big whoop. "The Rules" bailed New England out and we all know it.) Not to beleaguer the point, but there's a reason Jonathan Cooper's washed out on three other teams prior to landing in Dallas (and he was drafted in 2013 for godsakes). I've watched him get pushed back into the backfield (on running plays especially) time and time again.
All Pro, Travis Frederick, also, has been manhandled numerous times this season (not to mention that awful holding call in the waning minutes of the Rams game that cost them that TD).
The offense isn't completely horrible though (other than the Denver game, the O is still scoring plenty of points to win most games)....but...
if Marinelli's defense can't start making the opposition punt more than a couple times per game (or start forcing some turnovers), these Cowboys are going no where this season.
I like Zeke and hope he has a lengthy, successful career (here but) I kinda wish Joey Bosa had slipped just one more spot in the draft (to Da Boys). That dude is a true difference maker and his presence on this D-line would be felt....and would've helped Dallas pass on DE Taco Charlton (this yr's first round selection "bust") and select OLB, TJ Watts or RB, Dalvin Cook. Woulda, coulda, shoulda.... Originally Posted by Chateau Becot
