Why are y'all trying to tear down what Lia has written? It's downright lazy & entitled to not go do this work on your own..... Originally Posted by Audreyg

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge that I have visited Lia on one occasion and had a great time. But I must apologize because while I had every intention of writing a review, I didn't. The following is my personal thought on some of the issues and/or concerns mentioned:
- $ for black versus white providers...As for black versus white, I'm an African American. You better believe that when an attractive AA provider shows up on the board, I immediately start checking her out (i.e. reviews and rate) to see if she is someone I should meet. As for other races and/or ethnicities, I do the same but with slightly less anticipation because of so many who have a non-AA policy. But I do have a personal goal of fucking every different race/nationality I can.
As for a money is concerned, while every woman has the right to set their own price point, there are 2 local agencies with beautiful young providers that have set the bar in the New Orleans area. They are young, beautiful, and physically fit...have flawless reviews...they host in 3-4 star locations...not once have I personally ever left unfulfilled. Their rate is $300/hr and sometimes they offer discounted pre-booking rates. I personally have had the desire to see a few of our local providers who have a higher price point, but couldn't reason paying more. At this point, for me, paying more money mean more services (i.e. Greek) or a chance to visit with traveling companion or reputable porn star.
- As for comments and/or boost on reviews of black versus white providers, I can see some of what you are talking about. But there are a few guys on the local board who are very active and write very colorful reviews. These few guys provide a great service to our community by "Taking One For The Team" as in being the first one to see a provider and sharing the pertinent info with the community. In doing so, these reviews get a lot of responses and comments. Originally Posted by DeepThunder69

I'm a client too! I would never haggle with my massage therapist, house cleaner, accountant, ect. I hire them because I value the work they do for me, and I think it would be disrespectful to not pay what they value their labor at. If I wanted to pay less, I'd find someone who charges less. I even tip most of the time & occasionally give gifts....
As a provider, I'm in a privileged position where I can ignore haggling. I haven't given a haggler anything for years. I find haggling extremely off-putting, and I really don't understand why some of y'all would want to start off your interaction with a provider that way. Being haggled with 100% does not motivate me to meet with someone or give them good service.
I recently gave my most favorite, respectful, & long time clients the gift of some free time for the holidays though--part of our good relationships are that they are all people who would never haggle with me or expect free time.
I think there are types of businesses where negotiating is more expected & normal, such as buying a used car--but buying a car is not the same as compensating someone for their time. Originally Posted by Audreyg
