If you fail to fulfill the commitment, you may get a 2nd chance -- or you may not.
Excuses are no reason and are not generally 'understood' nor accepted. They may be forgiven, once.
Especially in a SERVICE industry, you may make a sale once based on price.
But if the SERVICE is lacking in quality, or if the SERVICE falls short of what the ad promised, then you can expect to NOT hear from that client again, and NOT from his friends -- because that word will get around.
