You are pretty stupid. 12 states were going to bring DACA to court this month. They would have won. If that happened, existing law would have had to be enforced. Meaning dreamers would have had to go. Trump did them a favor by forcing Congress to enact a law that's permanent. Ryan and McConnell do not want to send the dreamers back. Trump doesn't want to either. If this was soooo important to Obama, he would have sent it to Congress when the Dems had control. Be he didn't. He said himself that his EO was unconstitutional and temporary. Just another turd he left for Trump to flush you ignoramus.
