If a client is going to be 15 minutes late, at least let me know. I had one would-be client that arrived to my incall 30 minutes late...and wondered why I didn't let him in. He didn't even call me to let me know he was going to be that late.

well if i got to go back to work at 2pm and our appointment was for 12:30 then 15 minutes late will make me late for work as well (or atleast make me have to rush back just to make it in time).. providers have to understand that. what if i have to meet with my own client at 2pm and you being late caused me to be late. so in that instance sometimes there is no choice but to cancel for being 15 or 30 minutes late.

Almost all of my sessions have been outcall. If I canceled all the ones that the provider was fifteen minutes late I would have about half the sessions I have.
