I didn't read half the posts in this thread, so forgive me if I misstep. I'm sorry this has been a hurtful situation for you. However I do have a couple of comments...

If you are a TS, pre or post op, you were born a man, and I think that information (TS designation) should be readily available and visible in your sig line, showcase, or other highly visible place. Whether you or the law stamps that you are a woman, fact is you weren't born one, and I think anyone choosing to engage should be able to make the choice whether they're cool with that or not. I see some TS try to trick guys into thinking that they are a natural girl for whatever reason. Not cool and has gotten some people really hurt.

Other than that, you should be able to enjoy the same posting rights as every other provider here. Some of the guys here are interminably rude to the natural females here, so you're not going to be immune to that, but I ridiculing you because of your lifestyle is NOT cool.

just my .02
Texas laws regarding transgendered individuals are various and inconsistent, because it's an evolving matter. Issues regarding same sex marriage have further complicated the issue. In general, sex is usually determined by birth with a birth certificate. Gender can be changed legally on a driver's license and this is what generally determines how a person is treated legally. A post-op person should use the bathroom of their new gender, will be considered the new gender if incarcerated, etc.

While the area is an extremely gray area of the law and changing daily, I don't think it's fair to say that Texas is completely close minded in this area.

These are my thoughts off the top of my head, I didn't include citations because I didn't look any up. Because if I did...I'd have to charge Still Looking my hourly rate and I couldn't bear cutting into his hobby budget...actually, i think budget is a dirty word.

Actually, my personal opinion is that guys who see any type of TS are gay. But that doesn't change the law.

Regarding Texas State Law most recent case seems to have been decided in mid September 16th regarding a "Wife's" claim on insurance or estate and the state stayed with a consistency to ruling that no matter how paperwork or IDs are changed the true record of birth showing he was born a man invalidated the marriage and the monies went to his family.

TEXAS law seems pretty consistent. Cities and counties have tried enacting their own laws and the Attorney General is diving into that one it seems.

Perhaps you're talking sex and I'm talking gender.

And I agree that her initial WW post stated nothing about being a PO-TS. But she had already done sessions, has reviews and was verified when she posted her showcase. It said Post Op TS on that day. I know cuz she posted a threAD about it! LMAO

No games, and no sneaky stuff. If a TS is going on the premise that "what people don't know won't hurt them" is just cruising for problems, here and in the real world.

My views on the laws of escorting really have nothing to do with this thread.
I never tried to hide anything, and ive clarified this a couple times already "what they dont know wont hurt them" is being taken out of context. It wasnt meant in the way they are throwing it around now at all. It was a response to them trying to scare business away saying guys who see me are faggots and providers wont see them, it was a statement simply meaning "well i aint gonna tell the other providers whos seen me" so that WONT hurt anyone, i think everyone agrees about being discreet right? That statement was not referring to guys knowing about me whatsoever.

carry on.
