Red Tex, I am not going to get in to your life or business management skills, but I for one treat those relationships as more than "customers". I value and appreciate a card on boss's day or father's day, and I believe my "secretary" hopefully values a lunch, gift card, or extra half day off on that "day". I think Kitty is on to something and an extra gift card to let them know how you apprecriate them....unless you don't...could mean a lot. I would vote to make it PAM.....Provider Appreciation Month....I believe in what goes around comes around, not doing things for others because they pay my bills. JMO

But, this thread is not about that, however, if there is a provider appreciation day/week/month, there should also be a hobbyist one as well. And actually, I think that both those scenarios go on behind the scenes and a very majority of the time, unreported, at least on the open board.
