Like others have said, they do not do a good job. The leave sand marks in the paint, fish-eyes, small runs, etc. If you are going to spend the money on the interior and engine, why would you not want to display the exterior of your car in the same quality manner?? I have seen Maaco jobs were the paint flakes off in less than a year do to poor preparation. Paint won't bond to waxes and will peel in no time at all. Even the de-glossers they use don't do the trick that a some fine sandpaper will do. I presume they are talking an acrylic enamel. I am fond of laquer myself which is easier to buff out and much more forgiving. Good Luck!
