When a member sees a post that violates the Guidelines, they can click on the RTM Symbol

This will open a note pad for the reporting member to post the issue in the Staff only portion of the board.

ALL Moderators and Administrators see these RTM's (Report To Moderator) posts.

The Staff rides a knife edge on intervening in a Thread.

If we act to enforce the Guidelines, we are accused of being "Nazi's"or power hungry and ruining the "fun".

If we "wait and see" the outcome, or watch for a thread to turn down the wrong path, we are complacent, choosing favorites, or doing nothing.
