Why no text messaging?

I dont accept texts because the first few days i did and all i got was time wasters who wanted to sext all day and never actually make an appointment. And then some of them got rude when I made them get to the point.

Texting is okay with me, especially since I cant always talk and texting allows me to keep a transcript of what is said or done. For a while, I never gave my number out. We'd just chat or email until maybe an hour before the meeting. Some guys seem a lot more comfortable with this.
