O/T Recording anyone in a private setting without their consent is both classless and creepy even if it is legal.

Here's a recommendation: Volunteer for the Houston Food Bank once or twice a month. It's the largest in the country and it is fascinating how that place operates. I volunteer there a couple times a month for an animal rescue group and the FB in return donates a lot of expired meat for the shelter dogs. Win/win. Video recording is illegal without both parties consent. Audio recording is legal with one party's consent.

If you would research it , you would come to the same conclusion.

That said....I would not recommend to audio record the actual intimate encounter....just the negotiations up to the encounter and furthermore I would not ever recommend to agree to a fee for service.
