I finished the last edits of my book. I have 7 agents so far interested in representing me, one of which recently got her client a 3-book deal AND a move deal for over $1,000,000! It's a book for teens (and adults because they read teen books lol).

Magical teens fight mutated zombies to save their city. If you know anything about anime, it's sort of like Naruto+Attack on Titan mixed with Left 4 Dead (the video game)
