Well to lighten the mood and speaking of big clients:

A guy walks into a bar, and sees a huge fat guy surrounded by a three gorgeous women. they are hot, petting him, totally swooning over him.

After reading the OP then reading all of the post up to your post where you stated your opinion and posed the question to everyone

I replied "Its her business. A very personal business. She or any other provider has the right to refuse service to anyone or charge what she wants. Its not upselling if stated in ad as an extra. She also stated her height and weight.

While this was a reply to your question it was not directed specifically at you. It was a statement that anyone can post an ad and no one has to like, agree with or consume it. They can just move on to one of there liking...
