Frankly, I don't bother myself with the potential details of the provider's other business. As long as she is a professional and focuses her attention on me for the time that I am with her, then we're all good. Of course hygiene and cleanliness factor into it as well, but then that sword cuts both ways, now doesn't it? Ultimately I want a visit where I am the most important person for however long that I am there, as long as the provider can manage that, then the rest is like Jim Belushi...not important.
