According to the provider on page two of this thread the OP threatened to call the police. If true who would call the police over a $150 dispute of this nature? Then OP speculated about Provider's use of forbidden topic.

The point in my view is it doesn't matter if it was $1 or infinite. A guy pre-paid essentially and the lady didn't uphold her end of the bargain. The agreement was breeched and, we all are now warned.
