Nope. The Seventh Amendment applies to both and has since the beginning. The jury in civil cases was a check on the power of the King and the magnates of the day, just as it is a check on the power of corporations today.

We're in a part of the State that has some undocumented workers, but very few. Much more in common with the populist portions of the American South with a significant African American population thrown in. One of the best jury environments in the country, actually.
