To the OP: It sounds as if you made the same choice any of us would of made if we were lucky enough to have a male close enough by to help. Good job! Originally Posted by Brooke Wild

I think if she felt he was really recording her i would have called the police. Simply tell them you id not aggree to let him record you and he needs to delete it. thats what i would have done, and i bet he would have deleted it before i called the police.

It would take the cops 30 minutes to get there. When your pimp.... or should I say your cousin is right out around the corner you get a much faster responce time. And plus your pimp... shit, plus your cousin won't show you the back side of his hand for getting out of line and involving the 5-0 in his business.

well thats all i got is the police i tell guys who think they can talk to providers any kind of way or wanna spam my phone, that i WILL go to authorities, don't think just because i am an escort myself i will not call the police on your ass... lol! but i have never ever had any such incident occur and hope i never do. I think once guys see my muscualr lil pettie body they can tell i could probably whoop their ass myself lol . i am just kidding on that last sentence .

Thank goodness most guys aren't dirt bags that do the kind of shit this guy did, and most ladies don't involve other men in private disputes between theirselves and their clients. I think a lot can be learned from both parties in this situation.

this is one reason i will be a p411 member as long as i hobby! I love the fact Gina is willing to go to bat for the guys and the ladies. Without p411 i would probably not hobby as it would be too risky. as far as the guy who did this and the others who prey on the young newbie providers. all i can say is you should be ashamed of yourself. you get way better service not to mention time spent with the ladies when you are a gentlemen. and by that i don't mean a push over just respectful. I can say that i almost never pay upfront. for some reason may be the way i present myself or my p411 account or my reviews. im not sure. i just think that is not right to ask the guy to pay upfront with all the risk going on in the hobby. there are many reasons i don't. you know the lady is not LE if she attacks you like a wild cat kissing and well you know. also i would not want to get in a cash and dash situation. the two times i have paid up front were very poor times. i wished i had not went after i left.

matador! great work in finding the scumbag who did this. i am sure he has a new account and is reading all this anyway coming up with new ways to scam the hot new providers.

This is a very long, very involved, and very well-read thread with any number of important points to be considered. One that has not been covered well, however, is how to miimize the inherent danger involved in this hobby due to its nature and the folks involved.

There are a couple of potential classes of folks involved here. Many providers are associated with pimps and "drivers" who are nearby when the lady is providing. They absolutely stand ready to jump in and deliver a shitstorm of devastating proportion to the customer if the situation escalates. On the other hand, we have the customer. How many times have we read about the gun-totin' Texan who says "Well, I would have just shot his sorry ass. That's why we have CHLs here in Texas. Only a pussy would've backed down." In fact, very few of these customers have ever been placed in harm's way, has no freaking idea of the maelstrom he could cause, and the pimp/driver believes a good bluff will probably carry the day.

In today's society, no place is completely safe. Folks are massacred in classrooms, malls, and churches. But the probability of harm is infinitely greater when we are messing around in the hobby. We need to understand both that and the fact that we need to take the path providing the best chance of staying out of trouble. The gun-toting dude says "Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6". I say, better to neither be judged by 12 nor carried by six.

Point? The point is, take the action most likely to allow the situation to evaporate without any violence, and sort it out later. Gina's point is well taken. Sounds like the voice of experience. Although it may not always result in the truly desired result, it will most often result in your being whole in life and limb. I can pretty much guarantee that those who have actually been tested in situations where life is endangered or lost will tell you that it just isn't worth it in the long run.

As always, just my $0.02.

It's not a matter of "if", it's only a matter of "when".

When I say I'm talking from experience, I mean it. I was young and wild once..... now I'm just young (thanks to botox!!)

I think Gina is absolutely correct! Her site has kept me safe to play for years so i will never doubt her
...although the story turned out that the guy was the one in the wrong, Aliona also made a few critical mistakes that, as a golden rule of a provider, should never have been made. Its rather intrusive to anyone to have someone waiting around the corner...cousin, pimp, friend, whatever....but discreetness is out the window now as well as privacy... and if i were Gina, i would have done the same thing....all over $20 and a video u know was being made????
And this is Dallas, a BIG city....nobody's cousin stays around the corner of where ur doing ur calls. Unless ur cousin is ur pimp! jmho
~~My life and safety is much more important than a $20 loss (when she just made $280) or a video of my ass getting repositioned.

And i also know the value of life as my own has been tested out here when i first started years ago....Be smart as some things just arent worth losing....

Gina hit this one dead on. Some would say that since the OP was proven to be correct then all is well, but what if she wasn't.

I have a smart phone that clips to a holster that goes on my belt. I have in the past been asked politely to put it away as soon as I entered an incall. No problem with that at all. I have also been in a situation where I folded my pants over the back of a chair and the phone happened to be turned towards the bed. Before the session began the provider looked around the room and asked me to move the phone to the table face down or put it in my pocket. No problem again.

I think all involved need to check their surroundings before the session. But back to the original point, what if she was wrong. Or what if the next provider who sees a phone sitting out assumes that someone videoed her. Would you readily hand your phone over for inspection to a stranger. What if the next guy knew he didn't do anything wrong and was offended to be asked to do so. What if he did do something wrong, but had nothing to do with the provider and didn't want her to see what was in his phone. And if that provider called her cousin over to handle the situation, there could be and argument and confrontation that could get out of hand because the hobbyist wouldn't do something (hand over his phone) that he shouldn't have to do.

If you make a mistake like not checking the room for recording devices, not getting your money upfront, not securing your money before the session begins, paying someone and letting them leave your site, not checking the restroom/closet before the session, leaving your keys or wallet where someone can get them, then YOU made a mistake. YOU take the loss and move on. A provider or hobbyist that is willing to call a third party in is dangerous, and is someone no one should want to see.

You can applaud the actions of the OP if you think it is warranted, but the day someone accuses you of something you didn't do and then demand you hand over your property for inspection. Please don't exercise your right to say no. Because there will be a cousin that pops over to your home to ensure that you do.

Don't believe that I don't have sympathy for the OP. I would not want a video of my out there either, but I can't help but think what if the next guy really didn't make a video, or what if it was $50 that she felt she was shorted, but the guy honestly thought the special or discount applied and thought she was in the wrong.
