If so, there is a good precedent to follow......the Trump administration. Maybe that is what you meant. Mr. Trump's chief strategist Steve Bannon is facing jail time for stealing money that was meant to be used for the border wall. Mr. Trump himself siphoned off huge amounts of money.



Possibly if the Trump administration had not done this, and was not full of crooks, the border security issue would be a smaller problem now.
