Eccie links in CL & BP ads

They use reviews as supporting evidence after they bust a girl or guy. They have to bust you at a time they catch you in the act... called "incident date and time" but then tell the court they read your reviews prior to the "incident date and time" and that's how they familiarized themselves after reading your ad or posting a review. They have also used discussion posts. You can google ASPD or RAPS.net and learn all about their tactics on us and see how they have grown and improved over time. The newest development on the national demography as a whole is a debate on what constitutes "how far do we have to go to get the supporting evidence for a case". Some jurisdictions, under the tenth amendment right, have all ready implemented that an ad, reviews and your admission of self in person is enough to open a case. It is the tax on the hobby.

Ahhhhh...you HAVE been following me...goober chick!

PSD is an uber goober!
That's the nicest thing I have heard all day...lmao. I'll always be your goober chick when you dazzle me with brilliance Honey! It's my weak spot. Whatcha wearin?
That's funny Lacy!! (lol)

Tiffany makes a very good point...I've always thought linking was a bad idea.
*giggles* no applause, just cash...

We just all need to think about what can show up in front of the judge from placing the ad to closing the door. I believe, personally, when LE sees they would have a weak case against someone, they leave that person alone. If they have an abundance of supporting evidence, them bad boys "come for you".

I really get pissed when I see ladies linking their eccie showcase and or reviews to their ads on bp. I can't even count how many I see in the Austin section of bp, that either has in the title "ECCIE Verified and reviewed" or all their reviews are listed in their ad. I feel like emailing them and asking them to remove it! But I am not a mod.

First let me address Tiffany Cums this is from your P411 page: (which is visible to everyone member or not, which I am not currently being the info they wanted for a person living on disabilty, but I can get one now being I have managed to see a couple of P411 providers and info required now is less)

If you think LE is not aware of P411 think again. so now they know there's at least 8 reviews of you to search for on eccie!!!! There's are also P411 links on BP ADs also (which could allow you to be found then from you to here), so there's still a trail leading here by your own ads.

I myself am guilty from giving a eccie link to a non-member, but she already had one which is why I had the nerve to call her (she took my hobbyist cherry), I had been browsing BP for years too afraid to call anyone but wanting to, so without her having the link I probably still would be a hobbyist virgin. I have since emailed her inviting her to a safer place to post her ads (awaiting her response now). The reviews in ads do serve as a way for people to promote their prospective businesses to others afraid of making that first call to a provider, which then brings more business to all (a fresh hobbyist looking for more providers to enjoy spending time with).

Now after reading everyone's post here no one is really offering a real and fair solution, So I will,;

The mods should ad into the welcome wagon forum asking that once a verified and if you still choose to advertise in the Public arena to not post eccie links (explaining the reasoning), that will reduce at least the newly verified Providers addition of eccie links to the public arena.

And to the already eccie verified provider send a blanket email stating the same, reducing even more eccie links.

As for the non-eccie member providers that have eccie links, email inviting them in, being I seriously doubt that they are posting links to bad reviews (meaning they would probably get a verified provider status imediately), that reduces even more public arena eccie links, maybe to the point of next to none in the public arena.

Other than that it would be the best that can be done, being if you totally lock down the site there would be no way for a registered member to even see the basics to have a chance to become a member by posting a review. And at that point we could only review ourselves over and over and over.( Not that I would mind keeping Some of you Hot Providers all to myself).

My final thought on this thread is that it is a truely issue, but rather than everyone just pile on, instead how about putting heads together to offer the mods a solution, I mean come on do they not have enough to do to monitor all the threads, and plus think of solutions out of thin air, when you find a problem at least think about it and at least offer a option before inserting your foot in your mouth, I had been watching and thinking about this threads since it started, and now that I had a option bam there it is, something for the mods to at least work with. My point is I want to be as safe as everyone else, and we have many heads to work with over the few the mods have, so help out if you can!!!

And from here on out if we have a good review of someone new from BP or where ever (TOFTT), Educate them in the the benefits of becoming a member rather than just give them a link. In a sense police ourselves to protect ourselves, being this is more of a Education in practices of safety issue which we all have to and need to abide by for it to work!!!
Granted I don't look at CL or BP much, but are eccie reviews being linked on there?

Well, all I can say is ....I owe a LOT of my income for the past year to Backpage......and as far as the guys being any different? Its been MY experience that the men I have met from backpage are VERY respectful, GENEROUS, married men that do NOT want to register ON ANY SITE.

2 weeks ago, I enjoyed a $3,000.00 weekend......do you think he was from ECCIE? Nope...BP. Glad I am there. It really doesnt matter WHERE I get my clients from, does it? I still screen them, and make sure I provide an EXCELLENT service to ensure their return.

Tiff, I'm Glad to hear....(over and over) that you aren't here for the money. That is DEFINITELY not my case. I was backed against a wall when I made the decision to become a provider....my kids had to eat. The funny thing is, my kids like to eat EVERY day....not just when an ECCIE member calls. Don't get me wrong....I LOVE ECCIE, but be realistic. How hard is it to be an ECCIE member. A simple registration form? Not much different than the man that is looking at BP.

Im just sayin......
