Was Byrd a Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan?
No, he was not. Which would make the answer false. But he was a member of the Klan which is why they said the claim is mostly false.
It's a simple statement. It doesn't include any bias. Trying to read more into the statement than it says is bias.
