What is the highest rate you have seen quoted for an hour with a pure star who is available to those of us in GenPop?

I think JR has been on the Nevada circuit since ~2010 at least - unfortunately she must have had some facial surgery (which didn’t go well as she used to be super pretty). On top of that I think the rate is comparable to most of the high end.
