Sorry that happen to you Amy. I had the same problem. One of my reviews is not true. It's my only "no" review. But people that have met me know it's fake! I reported it to a mod and never had it removed. I look at it this way, you have 60 plus reviews saying yes..So why give a hoot what one negative/false one states? You know who you are and what excellent service you give. Hold your head up high and don't worry about the small things. I can vouch I have met you and you do not smoke and you look better in person than your pictures. You have an awesome personality and a kind heart. keep your head up!
