A funny anecdote at dinner today. So a good buddy of mine is kind of a sci-fi/fantasy n00b (he's a computer programmer too, so it's pretty much inexcusable). We were talking about Star Trek: Into Darkness (and he had mentioned he hadn't seen Wrath of Khan...) and turned onto the subject of the different Star Trek series. Said friend was talking about how Counselor Troi was pretty hot in TNG and I brought up Seven of Nine as being probably the hottest/most recognizable Star Trek female. My buddy states he doesn't know who Seven of Nine is, so I pull up this picture:



and he goes "... oh yeah, I recognize those..."
