Hate To Tell You This But Down In The Mekong Delta.....In South Vietnam...for those that don't know Vietnam well....I'm not Vietnamese but I spend a lot of time there...North And South.....I found that a lot of people didn't know how to make it...at least not as well as they made it in the Northern parts.....I'm not an Expert by far but I have had it a lot and when I went to the deep South In the Mekong Delta they just would say they didn't make it or didn't know how...now lets have a beer
