I suspect there are similar penalty's in Canada or P411 should not be worried or affected. Maybe it's not affected in Canada but, it is with the customers in the USA only.

P411 is going back to how it use to be years ago. It was just a verification site years ago then you were able to post ads like once a week then it changed to the "Available Now" ads that u have to keep doing every hour in my opinion I'm glad it's going back to just a verification site this is actually a good thing. OH2 does not link reviews to girls profiles and they make you dig and search for reviews which makes the whole point of that site pretty much useless.
