I'll admit, it took me a few seconds to decipher your post.
Seems you are saying: That Trump and his team's plan to penalize (actually, I would call it incentivize) Mexico to stop the flow of illegal aliens and contraband from pouring across the border will cause
Climate Change the world over, which will cause coffee prices to rise exponentially, globally, and the coffee beans from far away places all ship to the USA through Mexico.
Well... I'm not seeing how this thread relates to any of those.
Couldn't ya just lead with
Orange Man Bad again?
FWIW: The current prices for Hawaiian coffee under the Biden-Harris regime are unaffordable for most Americans already.
I hope everyone is willing to pay more for their coffee soon.
According to this site. https://usafacts.org/articles/where-...fee-come-from/
The US consumed about 282 times as much coffee as it produced. All coffee produced by the United States is produced in Hawaii. None of it is produced in the lower 48 states.
And this site. https://www.semafor.com/article/11/2...vietnam-brazil
Coffee beans hit their highest price in 47 years, driven by bad weather in Vietnam and Brazil, the biggest producers of robusta and arabica beans respectively.
Now consider adding on an extra 20% tariff to the bill for a product we must import.
