Speaking last month, Mr. Erdogan warned the United States not to risk a larger fissure in ties with Turkey over the missile system, and he said he was confident that he could reach an understanding with Mr. Trump to avoid sanctions.
Barr is the DOJ. You really do need to educate yourself on the definition of "obstruction" as defined by the current DOJ with all of the legal citations and annotations that will stand up to scrutiny in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mueller Report Volume ll page 13

Under applicable Supreme Court precedent, the Constitution does not categorically and permanently immunize a President for obstructingjustice through the use ofhis Article II powers. The separation-of-powers doctrine authorizes Congress to protect official proceedings, including those ofcourts and grand juries, from corrupt, obstructive acts regardless oftheir source. We also concluded that any inroad on presidential authority that would occur from prohibiting corrupt acts does not undermine the President's ability to fulfill his constitutional mission. The term "corruptly" sets a demanding standard. It requires a concrete showing that a person acted with an intent to obtain an improper advantage for himselfor someone else, inconsistent with official duty and the rights ofothers. A preclusion of"corrupt" official action does not diminish the President's ability to exercise Article II powers. For example, the proper supervision of criminal law does not demand freedom for the President to act with a corrupt intention ofshielding himselffrom criminal punishment, avoiding financial liability, or preventing personal embarrassment. To the contrary, a statute that prohibits official action undertaken for such corrupt purposes furthers, rather than hinders, the impartial and evenhanded administration ofthe law. It also aligns with the President's constitutional duty to faithfully execute the laws. Finally, we concluded that in the rare case in which a criminal investigation of the President's conduct is justified, inquiries to determine whether the President acted for a corrupt motive should not impermissibly chill his performance of his constitutionally assigned duties. The conclusion that Congress may apply the obstruction laws to the President's corrupt exercise of the powers of office accords with our constitutional system ofchecks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law.

9500 and J666 - You are welcome to your tortured opinions.

Bottom line - Pelosi and the house vote for Impeachment. Either bring it to the house Floor, or STFU.

People recognize the continuing Russian narrative preoccupation of the DPST's is just politics designed to affect the 2020 election, while having nothing of substance behind it.

People are not a dumb a DPST masters like to believe.

The average low information voter doesn't give a shit anymore. Those that hung their hat on wishing/hoping/wanting something to happen to Trump who were fixated on the CNN and MSNBC cheerleading Trump's demise are washed up now....because those folks saw "there is no fire here" and stopped watching or caring. If you were watching CNN and MSNBC, you were already never going to vote Trump in the first place. The average American is done with this shit, and wishes the government would actually do something that affects them personally rather than watch rich, lazy Congressmen puff out their chests for their own aggrandizement.

The Mueller hearing has been pushed to 7-24 so the Russian piss boy has another week to lie and snivel on Twitter, or stop the obstruction and get on with it.

Mueller doesn't want to testify. he knows he cooked up a load of horse shit to hand off to the Democrats but lo and behold, even Pelosi is smart enough to see they have no case at all. None.

you do know, don't you, that it was Nadler who hung himself over full disclosure of the Mueller report when he used his then quite fat ass to protect Clinton after his impeachment proceedings? How ironic!! now he doesn't like his own bullshit. The AG didn't have to release one page of Mueller's report given that there was no recommendation to indict or impeach. Nadler should be lucky he got as much as Barr put out, which is all of it except for Grand Jury items.

you won't get a smoking gun from Mueller now. there never was one. but feel free to keep thinking there is.

The Mueller hearing has been pushed to 7-24 so Pelosi,Nadler, and Schiff another week to lie and snivel on Twitter, or stop the obstruction and get on with it. (FIFY)

Govern the country instead of wasting the Country's resources with Partisan Political BS.
DPST's are hurting themselves for 2020 with their behavior.
