Texas Tumbleweed Candied potato sticks (fries)

Have you forgotten that there's two line cooks at our place with a fully equipped kitchen?

12-ounce package white almond bark
6-ounces cup butterscotch or peanut butter chips
1-pound package roasted salted peanuts (optional other shelled nuts)
Cup of marshmallow fluff
3 cups (or more) of potato sticks (raw fries)
Few splashes of milk to help the melting

Melt the candy, then stir in nuts and taters.
Big scoop and drop onto wax paper to cool.

Will satisfy any sweet tooth (kind of like that other site).
