Kay-Kay is inarticulate, of this there is little doubt.

Of course there's a substantial difference between being inarticulate and being stupid. Also quite a few people who are neither stupid nor inarticulate don't communicate well via the written word. Really I find it to be an epidemic, even among professional people.

Of course, it's a subjective thing. I'm sure there are those who may find me stupid and/or inarticulate.

There may even be people who find you, whoever you may be, to be these things.
