I am having trouble locating it ATM. Might be in an embedded link in another article. It was done in China, if memory serves me. I will keep looking for it. As I recall, it involved ~10M people.
In the meantime, I will offer up 3 other articles in that vein, as back ground.
We’ve been scammed – WHO now says “no evidence” of asymptomatic coronavirus transmission, no need for restrictions if you’re not sick
Short read that introduces when the WHO backslid on the subject. Believe it or not, it did not make a splash in Lame Stream Media. Go figure.
The Big Lie about Asymptomatic Transmission of SARS-CoV-2
Longer read. Two things to get from it: 1) Pre-symptomatic vs Asymptomatic. 2) modeling; The test question will be: What do Mad Cow disease and COVID-19 have in common? (Not covered in the article directly)
COVID-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & FederalLaw: A Historical Retrospective
Much longer read of a study done that shows how the CDC performed fuggery in data reporting, likely in violation of Federal law. Not necessarily just in regards to Asymptomatic stuff.
I'll keep digging for it.

The first link is broken.
The second seems to be hung up on the definition of "asymptomatic." A quote from it, "In truth, the scientific evidence indicates that asymptomatic transmission is rare. People who become infected with SARS-CoV-2 but never develop COVID-19 appear not to be a major contributing factor in the community spread of the coronavirus. There are studies that estimate that individuals who are presymptomatic, meaning that they do go on to develop disease symptoms, are responsible for a large proportion of community spread."
As to the third link, they need to explain excess deaths. In 2020 about 500,000 more people died in the U.S. than 2019. If it's not COVID that caused that, then what did?
