Odd twist..we just wrapped up drinks at BJ's with our foreign friends....maybe I had too much sauce but my highlight was explaining that our culture was to let the waitress know how much you enjoyed the restraunts... So multiple Indians (male & female) telling the poor girl "I really enjoy BJ's a lot".
