The Black Knight is just the opposite.

He posts false negative reviews of a provider or attacks her in the locker room or via back channels because of a personal grudge or issue with her.

I seem to remember a recent incident where a certain hobbyist fell for a provider and when he was rejected, he went out of his way to badmouth her to all who would listen.

And by the way, providers are guilty of this too. They have been known to spread lies about hobbyists because of personal disagreements.

I haven't been on since Friday. I logged on this morning an found I was on the "P". The more things change the more they stay the same.

We have seen black knights on the board.

sofia had one following her around.

Sometimes a provider causes the action............but, it is never appropriate.

Disagreeing in a thread has no bearing on the WK and BK issue.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

SS does appear to be smarter than your average bear. She understands that she used herself to make general comments about the question.........and I responded in kind.

I would say that a negative response in a review thread does not constitute a BK............following a provider with negative comments into coed can be such, depending on the topic of the thread.

The fake review is a big issue. The problem for the hobbyists is that if a provider gets a bad review she always says it was a "fake review".She has to stay out of it. Responding breeds drama.......and drama is not your friend.

The only response to a bad review (fake or otherwise) are good reviews. If dearhunter writes a bad review of SS and simpleton, boardman, notanewbie, ANON, and satino all writes a good review of her, whos credibility will come into question?

I would disagree with her on one additional point. I believe her ability to have this dialogue in a conversational manner about a subject that is very incendiary among the providers speaks very highly of her communication skills.

it in no way harms her as a commodity.

Then, you do not know me.

My harsh responses have always been exactly that.........responses.

If you attack with a stick, I hit you with a pole.

I can name more than one provider who would have seen my response as an attack. They would have felt the need to take it up a notch, then...............it's on like donkey kong.

It is human nature to ratchet up the rhetoric when one has lost the ability to respond in a coherent manner.........that is why one should never drink and post LOL

A beautiful mind goes a long way with me.
