For the thread. I'd like to thank Gator and Maggie for bringing up two pertinent topics. Everyone that partakes in fantasy land should test regularly, and discuss things with their play partners.

It edges up because of all that grease you are eating. Texas BBQ is moist without being greasy. Most KC BBQ is moist because of the grease.
