Are you his doctor? How do you know what he needs to avoid? It's up to his doctor to tell him what he should and shouldn't be doing, and you have no legitimate reason to infer that he's not listening to his doctors orders.
Money and prestige? I don't see them flashing money or flaunting prestige. What have you seen them do that would indicate that? Do they have gold toilets? Do they fly around in a jumbo jet with their name on the side of it?
I use quotations because illegal isn't a word that I myself use to describe someone. I might use it to describe a person's actions, but I don't say that the person themself is illegal.
