Bleeding and breeding go together. I'm not saying 13 year olds should be pumping out babies, but I'm pretty sure younger women make better babies, and have more time to make more if something goes wrong. Sort of like kicking that game-ending field goal on third down just in case of a bad snap. I'm certainly not saying societal norms should be dictated by age limits set by a bunch of shithead legislators. I'm not much for a religion or political party setting the standard either.
