It's not one hour. It's three hours, plus. Advertising and screening for one hour, plus. Contact-to-appointment ratio is 5 or 10-to-1. Room and personal prep and clean-up, one hour, plus. Make a reservation. Drive. Check in and check out. It all takes time. One hour appointment. Almost always runs long. Can't be a clock watcher.

$250 for three to four hours is about $75/hr. That's a very good wage.
