GOT

So many great moments.

Littlefinger coming to the realization that he was done and then begging for his life before he got what was coming to him.

The R+L=J reveal...and what a time to reveal it!

The Euron deception and reveal of it. I figured Cersei had to be up to something but I didn't see that coming.

Whitewalker Viserion laying waste to the wall.

Did it look like Tormund died in the wall collapse?
Oh yeah, and Jamie defying Cersei.

This little exchange was funny if not especially significant:

Jon: "How many people live here?"

Tyrion: "About a million."

Jon: "That's more than up north. Why would so many people cram into a city like that?"

Tyrion: "There's more work in the city. And the brothels are far superior."
And then there was this.

Unfortunately the clip cuts off Jamie's reply: "Maybe it really is all about cocks in the end."

Indeed, Ser Jamie. Indeed...
Wait, who where Daenerys' parents? The Mad King was her father, obviously - but I was under the impression she and Jon were brother and sister, but I read somewhere that she is actually his aunt?

As much as I love the show, I can never see/hear the opening without thinking of South Park.

The show does have a large amount of sausage.

I honestly think that they ran out of ideas for this character and he's lasted longer than he should. He obviously wasn't going to play a part in the Great War, and he wasn't in Kings Landing. So he can't really have a bug in Cerise's ear. His storyline grew tiresome so they just slit his throat and moved on.

"And then they all died. The End".

I don't know how I missed it, but a friend was watching seasons 3-4 at my house this week and noticed that Oberyn mentioned Rhaegar's annulment from Elia Martell when talking to Tyrion when they were discussing his trial-by-combat. (Mountain and Viper) Oberyn said something like "I don't know why they killed Elia and her kids, when their marriage had been annulled and she was no longer part of the Royal Family..." (paraphrasing for sure).

It was right in front of our eyes the whole time.
