It might be believable if we didn't have actually video of Floyd walking, talking and breathing right up until the time they put him on the ground and knelt on him.If the neck compression stopped the perfusion of blood and made the heart stop pumping, which is what the murder scenario essentially alleges, then lividity in the area of injury is always a telltale sign of cause and effect.
If it is true there was no bruising, perhaps that is because he died to quickly for bruises to form.

You must have bruising in the critical area of injury to say it was the proximate cause of death, and that is required to convict of murder.
If the proximate cause doesn't fit, then you must acquit!
