For once I agree with ol' Fringely...our (that would be America's, for you squirrels who forget where we live) strategy was to drown Nazis in Russian blood whilst Joe Stilwell was drowning Japs in Chinese blood. Our forces took horrible casualties, but nothing like what the Russians and Germans were doing to each other, fuhgettabout what the Chinese and Japanese were up to.
The Russians suffered 27 million casualties and an additional 19million civilians were killed. Sounds like some pretty heavy lifting to me. Originally Posted by JohnnyFarangly

Yeah right, whatever.
Otherwise you might be driving a Moskvich 400 instead of a Benz!
Welcome to the U.S. where your Benz will get auctioned after you leave! Originally Posted by LexusLover

No doubt the Japanese were ruthless, heartless, cold blooded etc......but 250 million? That had to be nearly half the population in the 30's. Who's estimate is that? I'm not completely doubting it but that seems like an incredible number.
As for Chinese-Japanese "blood" .... we were trying to help the Chinese before Pearl Harbor .... and the Japanese had managed to destroy estimates of 150 to 250 million ... MILLION ... Chinese in concentration and scientific experiment camps in China ... while importing Chinese women for entertainment. The Japanese made the Germans look like children.

Arpaio would have to offer limo service, with meal service and a gift basket to the illegals, in order to please Amnesty International or the main stream media. Of course, wonder....certainly do not search for the ICE Report!I'm questioning whether "the message" is significant, or even legitimate. When the only mention I find of it is in a small publication whose purpose is to spread a particular sort of propaganda, I tend to discount it.
It really gets old, attacking the messenger when you do not like the message ... and cannot attack the message. Originally Posted by LexusLover

And I believe that was your point. The amount of suffering the Japanese inflicted on the Chinese was far worse than what the Nazi's did to Europe. So my intention isn't to dispute.(if I wanted to do that, I'd find something to call Carkido out on) I've just never seen numbers that high. That's like 10 times the official estimates.
