So it was by decision? Boxing is fixed. I'd rather watch MMA. Where the real men fight.

Heh...yeah right...$100 to watch an Olympic boxing match. Jab to get points, avoid getting hit.

Please...seen that shit too many times to fall for it again. As I said...he's a great Olympic boxer...nothing more...you don't see people shelling out $100 to watch an Olympic bout. They have to beg people to watch...

Let me know how it turns out tomorrow... Originally Posted by Wakeup

Mayweather did what he always does, look bad at the start a take you on points at the end. Pac knows that shit he failed to do much at all to change things. I think the one of punch totals were like 180-80 that pretty much says it all.

Money's style is pretty damn boring, guess that's why he's 48-0, wasn't impressed by the Pac Man, gave a better effort in the pre fight selfie in my opinion. Too many people shitting on Mayweather, he just did what he always does. How he was only a 2 to 1 favorite is beyond me.

This must have been what watching the Ravens in 2000 play football was like.

I get what you're saying but that's why the sport is so fucked and people don't respect Mayweather as they should, boxing is exchanging fist not running and hugging.
According to you a win although a shitty one is an accurate measurement on determining who's a better boxer. Please man gtfo with that even Ike was able to admit Floyd ran around more than he should've. The fans expect a boxing match instead they got a game of hug and tag.

You are crying over what once was boxing. And crying over what you already expect a guy to do. I wish they fought till someone falls, not limit on rounds, and no points. Just kick his ass. That's not the game. You got a limited time to get it done or goes to the cards. We all know that. Mayweather, he works the system well. Mayweather ran around like always does he did exactly what he always does. You got your fight and now it's boo hoo time.

Heh...told y'all...

No reason Mayweather'd change. No reason Pacquiao would find a way to win. Still boring as fuck.

At least Mayweather is going to retire soon. Might get some fighters to bring action back to the class.

Pretty much anyone who's seen Mayweather fight before expected what happened last night: Mayweather doing the chicken dance and landing punches for points on accuracy.
Mayweather doesn't care about the sport at all, just cares about his money and his record.

There's talk about Mayweather being considered the greatest of all time....I swear to god....

Christopher Biggs tells us:

"When Mayweather steps out of his weight class and beats the world champion in their own weight class maybe you will stop hearing the comparisons between the two but as long as Floyd sits protected in the same weight class he's fought for almost a decade no one cares. It's like owning the video game Madden, playing on rookie and going undefeated, looks real good on paper the rest of us (the people that know the sport) know better. I won't even go into the questionable scoring because, like anyone else that even knows a fragment about boxing, the score card is not always right. But at the end of the day he is 48-0 in his weight class, that is an accomplishment, but top five? Watch some real boxing. I forget how many weight classes has Manny moved up to then beaten the world champion? Oh that's right Manny has done it six times. That's why he is still, even after losing, referred to the greatest pound for pound fighter there is. Because he is - he's a man not afraid to take on a challenge, and he's not a coward that sits in the same weight class protecting his belts. Do yourself a favor learn about boxing and then start writing stupid blogs.

Sincerely,
Someone that knows more than you.

On a serious note....I'm glad I came to see the fight even though it was a terrible. I think it would have been a real fight 5 years ago but Mayweather played his cards and waited for Pac to slow down and the big pay day..... I still love the sport of boxing always have...always will....

If you want to see a real fight...click the youtube link. That's how I remember boxing growing up.....and the way I wish it were again....
