Who is responsible in an AGENCY?

I'm confused... What is Sofia's role of this "Co-Op" operation? Is she a madam or screener/advertiser? If Sofia is the madam of this business operation, she should be held responsible for the lack of communication of the client's request and for the shortage of supplies.

If these ladies are operating as independents and paying Sofia for advertising and screening services only, then both Sofia and the provider are at fault. Sofia ( the screener) should have given her a heads up of what his requests were, and the independent provider should have had the necessary supplies to accommodate his request.

Sofia, can you enlighten me about this? Can you tell me what the difference is? The co-op and agency seems to overlap eachother and seems a bit confusing of what your role is.

It looks to me that the job description you listed is true of an co op operator. I think, not sure, that in a co op the ladies can set their own rates and hours and just leave the leg work and the incall upkeep to the operator and they share it. I am sure there are variations of that for advertising, cuts and so forth.
