Getting banned change Internet provider or use TOR
Darling..

The secret Sessions has become another name and I have made it a Private list.. so if men want to Join, they will have to be screened and then they can join, at that point, all access will be given to them.

Shhh.. let merge clients lists.. wink!
P.S. Best thing I ever did was Get off that site, My business and Clients went up 110%..

Licks to you all!
A recent hobby experience in NYC got me thinking about the sorry state of affairs in the 'burgh. In New york I called an advertised number(several to choose from) and had a pleasant chat with a lady who booked and appt. with a great young lady whom I met at a clean, discreet location at the designated time at a competitive price.
Why can we not have some similar service here? Perhaps an enterprising provider could even facilitate it and take a share of the proceeds..
That is called pandering Pimping and a madam service..and It carries a 15 year sentence..Thay call those agencies

Well, I don't know if anyone who was tagged for running an agency would get a 15 year sentence, unless some judge somewhere wanted to make a point... But yeah, it is a 3rd degree felony.
and if a provider were tagged what would that be called and what kind of vacation time might they be facing?

It would be called promoting prostitution, the most likely charge would be under 18 Pa.C.S. 5902(b)(1).

Theoretically, the maximum penalty for a third degree felony would be up to 7 years in prison, and a maximum fine of up to $15,000 - for each charge... Practically speaking, it would be much less. I'm not sure if there are formal sentencing guidelines for this stuff, but the state has better things to do than house, feed, and clothe someone for 7 years, for operating an escort service...

Google for "18 pa cs 5902" if you want to see what the actual law is...

A Question for you Laserface seems you are very smart and know the laws of the land.

I understand TOS Is now charging a fee to be a member plus you must see some of their providers to be on the site would that not cross the line into promoting prostitution

Well, I'm not a lawyer.... I believe that TOS has attorneys who've advised them that they're operating within the bounds of the law.

Of course, a determined prosecutor trying to make a point could certainly try to make a case against a hobby-oriented site, even if tenuous - perhaps just to try to litigate them into bankruptcy and shut the site down that way. Not really much you can do about a DA on a mission, other than hope you have enough money to pay for legal representation to see the case through the court system. (Remember what happened in the case against TBD, ultimately it got tossed out, but it took a while...)
but I'm guessing Ms. Charlotte doesn't want to play madam and offer her incall to a few select ladies. Any other suggestions?

Pretty witty. But until I move, maybe you could just clean up your incall and stop requesting personal info only a fool would provide.

And, not that you'll ever get a chance to see it, but the incall here is much improved.
