Really? I submit that it's always a good idea to investigate before opining.OK, I read the thread. I certainly agree with you when you say the current tax system is flawed, and that the FairTax would be difficult to pass. However, when COG and others reasonably assert that it being difficult to pass is no reason to give up, you become inappropriately enraged that your point of view is not wholeheartedly accepted. Then, you become fixated upon forcing people to side with you. Immediately! You fail to understand the importance of getting an emotional connection to people before applying the logic which seems right to you but others do not instinctively support.
Did you read this thread?

Go ahead, read it. ALL of it!
Then tell me who makes whom look bad. That's not even a remotely close call.
And please don't tell me that you seriously believe this jackwagon actually taught university-level economics! Originally Posted by CaptainMidnight

My conclusion is you live in a world where everyone who stays in your good graces gets your love, and you withhold it from those who disagree. They depend upon you financially, so they play along, avoiding you and your raging episodes as much as they can. You probably have some minor league level financial success, and many insecurities.
COG whipped your ass!!
