It all depends on what and how you say it.
If you say "suck my dick you dirty little slut" in a playful and encouraging way, it can add to dirty talk excitement and is not degrading.
But, if you say "suck my dick you dirty little slut" in a commanding way with a misogynistic tone, it can be interpreted quite differently.
Words hurt ... why would you want to spend time with a beautiful women only to call her degrading names in a degrading way ... I mean, best you leave your unresolved mommie issues at home.

However, if you flip the scenario I do believe it may hurt the guys more if they're role playing and there's no holes barred insults to spice up the session. Not to say it wouldn't hurt, but the providers have likely heard it all in their business whereas the guys haven't or not nearly as much. So if she says let me suck your cock you ugly , disgusting, hairy ass fat belly trick. If he knows or feels there's some truth to it (as women in the RW may said similiar) the guy may not be able to maintain his erection for the session duration. So I'm sure even in role play providers have to be careful what they say, unless of course it's a FEMDOM session. I do think though it cuts both ways we're human it happens despite our best efforts to act tough. However, there's always exceptions to the rule.
