[I]Suppose that every day, ten men go out for lunch and the bill for all ten comes to $100.
If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:
The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.
So, that's what they decided to do.

the ninth man follows the lead of man 10, he starts an LLC and becomes the president of his wealth, the LLC has a bank account of $300,000 and from said money he draws off $30,000 yearly salary, while all other profits and investments are going into the LLC. The LLC reinvests all revenue, year over year and pays 0$ tax
now man #10 and #9 are according to our tax loop holes, man 5, 6 respectively, while having a net worth 3 times greater than man 7 8 9 and 10.
They show up for lunch with their $1 and $3
