Trump did not do well in the Trump-Biden debate. Joe's total failure in the debat overrode that fact. Trump made 28 mis-statements of facts (lies) in the debate and continues to make them in his rallies. It will be hard for Trump to remain focused for 1 1/2 hours. Will Hannibal Lecter make an appearance tonight?

The challenge tonight will be for Harris not to come across as a bully. Trump is old, confused and quite frankly stupid. She is none of those things and knows how to push his buttons. She needs to gently ease him into his typical craziness without attacking too hard.

Of course, if he starts out on the attack, then it will be even harder for her not to rip him to shreds. He doesn’t know how else to behave and will fail even more miserably if he tries,to stick to someone else’s game plan.

Tonight will be a test for Harris. We all know how Trump will conduct himself.

Tomorrow, the MAGAs can defend Trump’s disasterous performers. We’ll see how many of his shrinking base jumps ship.
