Hey, Mississippi, Saban's gone, but Bama is still gonna kick your ass... I know, you don't believe me yet, lol, but you will... RTR !
I agree that New Orleans, Memphis, Shreveport, Birmingham, Montgomery, and Mobile are all " shitholes ", you are right, they still beat Jackson, Ms ... the difference is that that they are trying to make improvements... maybe not Shreveport... lol

My prediction is that at some point in the future, we will stop making flags altogether. They will be digital images, posted on a screen.

In April, some states in the Southern United States designate the month as "Confederate Heritage Month" or similar observances, recognizing and honoring the Confederate States of America, with April chosen due to Confederate Memorial Day falling during that month in many of these states.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
Confederate Heritage Month:
Some states in the Southern United States, including Mississippi, have designated April as "Confederate Heritage Month" or similar observances, to recognize and honor the Confederate States of America.
Confederate Memorial Day:
April has traditionally been chosen for these observances because Confederate Memorial Day falls during that month in many of these states.
Historical Context:
The Confederate States of America was a political entity formed by eleven Southern states that seceded from the United States in 1860 and 1861, leading to the American Civil War.
Controversy:
The designation of Confederate Heritage Month and the celebration of Confederate figures and symbols have been met with controversy, with some arguing that it celebrates a cause rooted in slavery and white supremacy.
States Involved:
Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, and Texas have official state holidays related to the Confederacy, with Mississippi also having a Confederate Heritage Day in April.
Other States:
Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee also commemorate Confederate Memorial Day, while it was formerly recognized in Missouri, Louisiana, and Virginia.
Symbolism:
The Confederate flag, a symbol of the Confederacy, has become a divisive symbol, with some viewing it as a symbol of Southern heritage and others as a symbol of racism and oppression.
